Microsoft Windows 11 Get Genuine Windows Agreement (GGWA) is a Microsoft licensing solution designed to help organizations legalize non-genuine Windows installations and bring Windows devices into licensing compliance.
GGWA licenses are described by Schneider as full Windows licenses without a Qualifying Operating System requirement, making them applicable to scenarios such as PCs that were purchased without an operating system or systems running Windows obtained from unauthorized or counterfeit sources. GGWA is available through the Microsoft CSP program.
